罗怀青，男，1978年10月生，教授，博士，硕士生导师，长沙5168cc银河官网娱副董事长。2002年7月本科毕业于南昌大学5168cc银河官网娱临床医学专业，2012年7月硕士毕业于中国地质大学（武汉）生理学专业，2019年6月博士毕业于中南老员工理学专业。研究方向：1. 外周和中枢免疫异常在神经退行性疾病中的作用机制研究 ；2. 脑神经元可塑性及其机制研究。讲授《生理学 》、《机能实验学》等课程。主持湖南省自然科学基金面上项目2项、省教育厅科学研究双一流重点项目等6项，发表论文32篇（SCI论文12篇）。指导老员工参加“第五届全国老员工基础医学创新论坛暨实验设计大赛”获一等奖。获湖南省自然科学奖三等奖1项。
